The Crème de la Crème of our homestyle cooking. Dinners are served with Minestrone soup or a green salad and two pieces of garlic bread. (Substitute Antipasto or Caesar salad for an additional charge)

Veal Marsala: Fresh white Veal sauteed in Marsala wine with mushrooms. Served with a side of pasta

Veal Cacciatora: Fresh Veal sauteed in red wine sauce with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Served with a side of pasta.

Veal Scaloppini: Fresh Veal sauteed in white wine sauce with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Served with a side of pasta.

Veal Picatta: Fresh Veal simmered in white wine, lemon, caper berries and artichoke hearts. Served with a side of pasta

Chicken Marsala: Boneless, skinless breast sauteed in Marsala wine with mushrooms. Served with a side of pasta

Chicken Picatta: Boneless, skinless breast simmered in White wine, lemon, caper berries and artichoke hearts. Served with a side of pasta.

Chicken Cacciatora: Chicken breast sauteed in red wine sauce with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Served with a side of pasta

Chicken Scaloppini: Chicken breast sauteed in white wine sauce with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Served with a side of pasta.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli: Fettuccine noodles, skinless chicken pieces and broccoli simmered in our own Alfredo sauce.

Prime Rib Eye Steak: 8-oz. Rib eye Steak served with a side of pasta or Italian potatoes.

Tri Tip: Mouth-watering Tri Tip grilled to your taste, served with a side of pasta or Italian potatoes.

Pork Chops: Sauteed with Italian spices until golden brown and served with a side of pasta.

Italian Sausage with Peppers and Potatoes: Fried potatoes and green peppers with two Italian sausage links browned in Marsala wine

Vegetarian Pasta: Choice of Fettuccine or Linguini with a variety of garden vegetables sauteed in pure virgin olive oil. Skinless chicken breast may be added for an additional charge

Pasta Fosolo: Cannelli beans and angel hair pasta simmered with Italian spices and Romano cheese

                          Seafood

Shrimp Scampi: Nine shrimp sauteed in butter, garlic, and white wine sauce. Served tossed with a pasta of your choice or a side.

Orange Roughy, Halibut, Red Snapper: Grilled or sauteed in white wine sauce. Served with a side of pasta.

Calamari Steak: Grilles or sauteed with Italian spices and served with a side of pasta.

Cannelloni: Crepe filled with ground meat and spinach bits

Mannicotti: Crepe filled with ricotta cheese and spinach bits

Primavera: Choice of Chicken or Veal with Lunguini or Fettuccini noodles simmered in oil & garlic. Choose three toppings: mushrooms, artichokes, green peppers, broccoli, garden vegetables, onions and spinach

Fettuccine Alfredo: Egg noodles simmered in butter cream and parmesean cheese'

Tortellini: Small pasta filled with chicken, turkey and mortadella with choice of marinara, meat sauce, oil parsley and garlic or alfredo sauce

Pasta with Pesto: Pasta of your choice simmered in our freshly made pesto sauce (add chicken)

Big "D" Combination: Your choice of Raviolis (meat or cheese) and Lasagna or Tortellini/Spaghetti/Ravioli

Veal Parmigiana: Bread veal patty, with a side of ravioli or spaghetti

Chicken Parmigiana: Breaded chicken patties with a side of ravioli or spaghetti

Spaghetti: served one of our seven different sauces. Spaghetti can be substituted with Linguini, Mostaccoli, Vermicelli, Rigatoni, Fettuccine

Oil Parsley and Garlic: sauteed with parmesean cheese and bread crumbs

Mushroom Sauce: specify meat sauce or marinara
